You need a packaging line that works the day it arrives. Not weeks of integration. Not conflicting instructions from different equipment suppliers. Our doypack packaging machine delivers a complete, pre tested filling and sealing line for zipper pouches and stand up bags. Every component is engineered to work together before it ships.
The machine starts with a bag magazine that holds up to 500 premade doypacks. From there, a rotary platform carries each bag through eight to twelve stations. At the first station, suction cups open the bag while sensors check for proper pick up. Missed bags trigger an automatic retry cycle without stopping production.
For stand up pouches, a dedicated bottom gusset opening mechanism ensures the bag base fully expands before filling. Without this step, product can lodge in the gusset folds, causing an incomplete fill and an unstable bag that will not stand upright on the shelf. For zipper pouches, an optical sensor detects the exact zipper track position and adjusts bag alignment before filling reaches the bag. This closed loop system achieves zipper alignment accuracy within half a millimeter.
The filling station is selected based on your product. Free flowing granules such as nuts, coffee beans, and candies use a multi head weigher. Powders use an auger filler with dust extraction that keeps the zipper track clean. Sticky or irregular products use a volumetric cup filler.
After filling, zipper pouches go through a compression station that fully engages the reclosable track. Standard stand up pouches without zipper go directly to the heat sealer. A cooling station sets the seal before the finished bag discharges onto a conveyor.
All product contact surfaces are SUS304 stainless steel. The frame is stainless steel with sealed bearings for washdown cleaning. The electrical cabinet is IP65 rated.
We provide complete turnkey installation including factory layout design, equipment positioning, and connection to your compressed air and electrical service. Two technicians travel to your site for installation supervision and commissioning. Operator training requires five to seven days. The machine carries a twelve month warranty. Spare parts ship from regional warehouses with forty eight hour delivery to most major cities.
