The High Speed Rotary Stand Up Pouch Packaging Machine is designed for large-scale manufacturers who require maximum output without compromising seal quality. Operating on a continuous rotary motion principle rather than intermittent indexing, this machine achieves speeds of up to 60 pouches per minute while handling quad seal and standard doypack bags.

Rotary versus Intermittent Motion:

Intermittent machines stop the pouch at each station for filling and sealing. This design is simpler but limited to 30 to 40 bags per minute. Rotary machines move pouches continuously while the filler and sealer travel with the pouch momentarily. This design is more complex but achieves 50 to 80 bags per minute. Our rotary machine maintains the same high accuracy at 60 bags per minute as intermittent machines do at 30 bags per minute, thanks to precision cam tracks and servo-assisted stations.

Quad Seal Capability:

Quad seal pouches have two side gussets plus a bottom gusset, creating a rectangular block-bottom bag that stands more stably than standard doypacks. These are increasingly popular for premium pet food, specialty coffee, and bulk snacks. Our machine includes side gusset openers for left and right sides to open all four panels before filling. Quad-specific sealing jaws seal all four seams simultaneously. Vacuum-assisted bag flattening is applied before discharge.
