Our Automatic Packaging Line is a complete pre-made pouch filling system integrating bag feeding, opening, filling, sealing, and finished product output – designed for B2B industrial applications in food processing, daily chemical, and chemical manufacturing. Featuring a pre-made pouch filler as the core, this line accommodates stand-up bags, zipper reclosable bags, flat pouches, doypacks, and more, while handling powders, liquids, and granular materials with equal precision. Servo-driven independent stations ensure filling accuracy of ±0.5% and speeds from 30 to 80 bags per minute.
The fully automatic line integrates automatic bag magazine loading, empty pouch detection and rejection, filling (auger/piston/multi-head weigher options), optional nitrogen flushing, heat sealing, and finished product conveying – achieving unmanned operation across the entire packaging process. The HMI touchscreen stores up to 100 recipes, enabling product changeover in just 10-15 minutes. All product-contact parts are fabricated from food-grade 304 stainless steel, meeting international hygiene standards. We provide turnkey services including factory layout design, installation, commissioning, and operator training – helping customers reduce labor costs and improve packaging efficiency from day one.
